Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information that you provide to us. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following: name, email, phone number, and address.

Specifically, we may also collect information in the following ways:

  • Website browsing: We may collect information of IP addresses and information provided by cookies or similar technology. Furthermore, we may collect information of your name and email address, if you choose to provide this information to us voluntarily to receive further information about our products and services.

  • Enquiries through the Golf Lab 24 Website: If you contact Golf Lab 24 via our website, by telephone, email, social media, or other channels, we may collect information like your name, phone number, and email address.

  • Purchase of a Golf Lab 24 Membership or Tee Time: When you purchase a Golf Lab 24 membership or tee time, we collect information such as your name, billing address, email address, and phone number.

  • Tournaments and Competitions: If you participate in any tournaments or competitions facilitated by Golf Lab 24 or a Trackman product or service, your full name or player name will be visible on leaderboards. Leaderboards are available in the Trackman Golf app and through several other Trackman products and services.

As Golf Lab 24 uses Trackman golf simulators which are booked and utilized through Trackman software, Trackman may collect your personal information through bookings and use of the Trackman simulators. Messaging Terms and Conditions

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from Golf Lab 24 from 775-524-2191 regarding customer care. Golf Lab 24 does not sent marketing or promotional offers via SMS. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Messages & data rates may apply. 2. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF COLLECTING INFORMATION?

The information we collect from you may be used in one or more of the following ways:

  • To process orders and transactions for memberships and tee time bookings

  • To sign you up for a tournament, contest, or giveaway

  • To improve customer support (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)

  • To provide you with detailed and comprehensive data points on your current and historical performance within golf

  • To personalize your experience

  • To facilitate Golf Lab 24’s business operations

  • To continuously improve the Golf Lab 24’s facility, products, and/or services

  • To ensure a safe and secure product

  • To improve our website

  • For documentation purposes in case of disputes

  • For marketing and communication purposes

The email address you provide for order processing may be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

Your information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any external organization or other company outside Golf Lab 24 for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the expressed purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested. We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations.

Data Sharing

Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Business Partners. We partner with Trackman and a Trackman login and app is used for our golf simulators. See how Trackman safeguards your information in its privacy policy at https://www.trackman.com/legal/privacy-policy.

  • Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

  • Other Users. When you share personal information or otherwise interact with public areas of the Company’s facility or website, such personal information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly made available outside the in perpetuity. If you interact with other users of our Company and register for our tournaments or other contests or giveaways through a social network (such as Facebook), your contacts on the social network will see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We use cookies. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may contract with third party service providers to assist us in better understanding our site visitors. These service providers are not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business.

5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own. Your personal data may be stored and processed by Trackman on secure Microsoft cloud servers or other well-known cloud service providers located in the United States of America or in the European Union.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

  • Customer data: Data is retained while you remain a customer or until such earlier point in time where you may request the data to be deleted. Once you request all data to be deleted, data will be removed from our backups within 12 months.

  • Noncustomer data: Data is kept until you unsubscribe/request to be removed from the system.

Notwithstanding the above, Golf Lab 24 may retain limited information after the end of the applicable retention period, if required by applicable law.

7. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the Golf Lab 24 facility, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the facility. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Chapter 603A of Nevada Revised Statutes law requires business to be transparent about the information collected from consumers and to provide an opportunity to opt out of the sale of any personal information.

Although Golf Lab 24 does not intend to sell any personal information, Nevada law requires us to provide a designated address to submit an opt-out request for the sale of your personal information. To opt out of the sale of your personal information, please email us at info@golflab24.com with subject line of “Opt-Out Request” or call 775-524-2191.

You can unsubscribe from our marketing email list at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails that we send or by contacting us using the details provided below. You will then be removed from the marketing email list — however, we may still communicate with you, for example to send you service-related emails that are necessary for the administration and use of your account, to respond to service requests, or for other non-marketing purposes. You also may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can email info@golflab24.com or call 775-524-2191.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, we may retain some information in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws. We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
